Ever since Ruthie was little, she has always liked big, bold patterns and bright colors! Her style has always been unique and a bit different from the rest of us girls 🙂 With her sewing skills and talent with using fabric, she manages to put together outfits that suit her tastes and most of us usually agree that they are pretty!
Pardon the photo-bomber! Cricket (who belongs to Ruthie) decided that she wanted to be in the pictures too! The pink cardigan used to belong to Abigail and she purchased it from eBay years ago. Apparently the listing no longer exists but you can find a similar one on Amazon. Ruthie bought the light blue top from Abigail for $5 – it originally came from Goodwill 🙂
Abigail bought this skirt from a thrift store for a few dollars and planned to give it to Lydia. She didn’t care for it so much so it ended up being a hand-me-up for Ruthie! It originally had a crocheted blue tier on the bottom also but it would snag on things, so she took it off.
See the pretty sleeves on the cardigan? And the ruffle flowers on the collar of the top? Those are the type of little touches that Ruthie really likes!
We purchased the headcovering in Israel many years ago. It’s very hard to find this color nowadays, which is sad because I would like to stock it on our shop. She is wearing the Lovely Circle bobby pins, which we use often. I like how they are simple but elegant.
Another accessory! Have you ever wondered how to hold together the loose ends of a cardigan? Ruthie uses a flexi-clip on hers! This one is an x-small Freestyle Tiara.
And one more just because! No actually, this photo was taken because we are updating our puppy website and needed new bio photos for the family page 🙂
